KAIST 나노포럼 개최 공고

2005년도 제1회 KAIST 나노포럼이 아래와 같이 개최됨을 알려드립니다., 본 포럼은 교수님들은 물론 나노분야에 관심이 있는 학·석·박사과정 학생들에게도 매우 유익한 세미나가 되리라 생각하오니 많은 관심과 참여를 바랍니다.

3. 제 목 : Photonic Crystal Nano Lasers

4. Abstract :

Characteristics of wavelength-scale, low-loss photonic crystal lasers are reviewed.Low-threshold lasing characteristics from wavelength-size, triangular- and square-lattice, single-cell, nondegenerate, photonic crystal resonant modes are explained. Several schemes to control the efficiency and the direction of photon-coupling out of the ultra-small photonic crystal resonators will also be discussed.
