미국 육군이 지원하는 세계적인 플렉서블 디스플레이 연구센터인 Arizona State Univeristy의 Flexible Display Center의 연구소장인 Gregory Raupp 교수를 초청하여 최근 플렉서블 TFT Array 생산기술과 이를 이용한 플렉서블 디스플레이 개발 현황에 대한 특별 강연회를 개최하오니 많은 관심과 참여를 바랍니다.

5. 내 용 :

In this talk I will review the critical path issues embedded in direct fabrication (as opposed to layer transfer) of amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) transistor arrays on flexible substrates include low temperature a-Si:H process development and transition to plastic and metal foil substrates. We have developed a low temperature channel-passivated a-Si:H TFT process on a professionally-staffed 6" wafer-scale Pilot Line. The process was designed to be high yielding and to be readily scaled to display manufacturing toolsets. The transistor design is a standard bottom-gate inverted staggered tri-layer TFT architecture.
