Meeting with Danish Ambassador and Representatives of Science and Higher Education
President Sung-Chul Shin welcomed the Danish Ambassador to Korea H.E. Einar Hebogård Jensen and the delegation from the Danish Agency for Science and Higher Education headed by Deputy Director Stine Jørgensen at his office on February 5.
President Shin suggested opening the doors for further exchange and collaboration between KAIST and Danish institutions in fields of mutual interest including future energy and green growth.
The Danish delegates agreed with President Shin, adding that the P4G Innovation Sprint has been an excellent example of close cooperation, and that more opportunities like this should be explored.
The P4G Innovation Sprint was one of the events co-hosted by KAIST and the Technological University of Denmark (DTU) last year, in celebration of the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Denmark and Korea and the 8th anniversary of the Green Growth Alliance between the two countries.
