Extension of Survey Period for 2020 KAIST Commencement Ceremony Attendance

Dear KAIST Graduates,
We sincerely congratulate you on your graduation again.
We would like to inform you that the period of the survey on '2020 KAIST Commencement Ceremony Attendance' has been extended by 2 days.(Extended survey deadline : August 7th (Fri.), 2020. )
Please use this extended period to respond to the survey if you were not able to meet the previous deadline.

2020 KAIST Commencement Ceremony

Date & time : August 28th (Friday) 2020, 2 p.m.

Venue : Auditorium (E15)

Degree recipients: Graduates of August 2019 and February 2020

Attendees: One student from each degree course (undergraduate/graduate/doctorate) per department

- We will take a survey of graduates who wish to attend the ceremony. Final attendees will be decided through a random draw by each department.

Notes

- Please understand that guests cannot be invited to the ceremony for the prevention of COVID-19.

- You cannot attend the ceremony if:

a. You have been overseas within 14 days before the ceremony

b. You have visited a high-risk region or facilities in Korea, or visited a place at the same time as an infected patient, within 14 days before the ceremony

c. You have had contact with a patient or are living with a person in quarantine

d. You have a fever (body temperature at 37.5°c or higher) or other respiratory symptoms such as throat pain, cough, difficulty breathing, fatigue, headache, muscle pains, etc.

- We will be operating a photo zone for graduates. (Details to be announced.)

- Please understand that the details of the ceremony is subject to change in accordance with government safety policies.
